2. Replacement Eligibility
- The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is provided.
3. How to Request a Replacement
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product, defective item, or incorrect product (wrong item/size sent), we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification and approval.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable).
6. Processing Time
- Replacement requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
