2. Replacement Eligibility

  • The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is provided.

3. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID along with clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product, defective item, or incorrect product (wrong item/size sent), we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification and approval.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable).

6. Processing Time

  • Replacement requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
